About the workshop

The 8 day Hatha Yoga Boot camp program is a wonderful opportunity to learn ancient and powerful practices that bring forth tremendous support to the system.

Upa yoga is a powerful set of 10 practices that activate the joints, muscles and energy system.

Angamardana is a series of 30 processes to reach peak physical fitness and mental health.

Surya Kriya is a potent 21-step yogic practice of tremendous antiquity, designed as a holistic process for wellbeing.

Surya Shakti is to energize the system to a different dimension. This 18-step process helps to strengthen the ligaments that hold the skeletal and muscular structure together.

Includes pranayams and meditations too

About the Instructor
Sowmya Venkatesan

Sowmya is a trained physiotherapist. She underwent a continuous five months intensive Hatha Yoga teacher training program at Isha Foundation, Tamil Nadu, India. As a physiotherapist and a Hatha Yogi, she can tailor a program that best suits you physically and to strengthen your inner self. For the past three years, Sowmya has been transmitting Yoga through both group sessions and private sessions in Dubai, UAE.
