I have attended different types of yoga in Dubai but what I experienced in the past 21 days is beyond words. When it comes to physical flexibility I still have a long way to go ? but when it comes to Inner Transformation I have certainly experienced a few changes within me. I have always been a restless soul but not anymore. Practicing Hatha yoga has brought a certain calmness in me. It has connected me to me. I am more mindful...more grateful now ?
